Cancellation:

Return:

In order to ensure customer satisfaction, all of your purchases in www.kayan1.com are returnable/replaceable within 7 days from the date of delivery to you. This also applies to damaged, defective or wrong items received. You need to do the following in case you intend to return/replace the order:

You need to make sure that the purchased items are in their original packaging and in sellable condition because used products or damaged packaging would not be processed for return.

Our representative will take note and delegate the relevant courier company (only within Saudi Arabia) to arrange the pickup of the items from your end.

Upon receipt of goods, we will refund the price of the item(s) returned to the same card. Please note that it may take up to 7 – 14 working days for the amount to reflect in your bank statement once the payment has been processed.

This means that if you place an order and are not satisfied by the product received, we give you the possibility to return it for free if the items were defective wrong items,
